Richard Gürtler I think this is the fourth album by Tom Ståle Engebretsen I am reviewing and this Viking is always carving his own game, kudos for such creative insignias with truly escapading ingenuity!!! Sure, I could imagine rather longer tracks in 58-minute "Mørkerom" scenario, that's just a question of my preference, but I think exactly in this case some of the shorter tracks lost its potential. Otherwise, another big one from Warpness and its sole protagonist!!! Yes, quite different when comparing to "Atmospheres" for example, with adding some piquant "Tralfamadore" earmarks and a large dose of multifariously flavored enigmas.

This goes deep and dark.
A journey to a creative process.
It all start with desolation.
What to do? Self-criticism. Not being good enough.
A dark mind trying to find a path.

This is what this album is about. It is frustrating. The sense of hopelessness.
But slowly and surely: Something is about to happen…
When you dig deep enough, there is sunshine.

How to use it?

Rhythms does it. During the time, the creativity finds itself.
It´s growing. It´s smiling. It´s almost dancing.

Darkness become´s light.
Dark room from the mind is developed,
like a picture from the photographers dark room.

It´s getting visible.
It´s magic.
